- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 3 tbsps. low-fat mayonnaise
- Bake chicken, cut into cubes and refrigerate.
