This fat-free salad dressing recipe, from Baylor College of Medicine’s Sugar, Heart and Life program is only 23 calories a serving and still dresses up your bowl of veggies.

It features a guide to understanding diabetes, tips for eating at home and on the go, interactive games, information on how to accurately read food labels and planning for physical activity.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps. chives
  • 1 tbsps. fresh dill weed
  • 2 tbsps. lemon juice

Prepration

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
