A: Running. It gives me a chance to de-stress and recharge.

Q: What keeps you motivated during your workout?
A: I usually sign up for a race or two to keep me motivated throughout the year.

Q: What activities do you do when you can’t fit in a full workout?

Q: Do you use a pedometer or Fitbit and what is your daily step goal?
A: I use a Garmin watch with a daily goal of 10,000 steps.

Q: What is your favorite health tip that you live by?
A: I have a few, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be everything in moderation.
