Answer: I start my day with exercise. I think the health decision starts at the end of my day, as I prioritize a full night’s sleep by going to bed early (before 10 p.m.) so that I can wake before 5 a.m. for my workout.

Q: What is your favorite type of exercise?

A: I run 3-4 days a week and on alternating days, I do a HIIT blend of cardio and strength training.

Q: What keeps you motivated during your workout?

A: I love my running playlist, helping with my pace and my favorite new and old music to motivate me to keep running!

A: I use the Peloton app to get a workout that fits my time allocation, prioritizing strength and stretching mini workouts. Even five minutes is better than nothing at all!

A: I watch a lot of youth baseball, as my sons play on tournament teams. I love seeing them do something they enjoy, and the pace of the game and social connections help me unwind and distract from the stress of work.
