BCM tops the list of least expensive med schools

This week, U.S. News and World Report ranked BCM as number 1 least expensive private medical school. We’re pretty excited by that news, especially as U.S. News and World Report recently ranked BCM in the top 20 medical colleges.

BCM’s breast care program for undeserved to be honored

BCM’s Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center and medical director Dr. Mothaffar Rimawi will be honored at the upcoming Komen Houston Impact Awards Luncheon for their work improving care for Houston’s underserved breast cancer community.

The deadline for current 5th graders in Houston Independent School District to Apply to Baylor College of Medicine Academy at Ryan for the 2013-2014 academic year has been extended to Thurs., May 23. See the website for information and applications and read the Q & A with BCM’s Dr. Nancy Moreno about the new middle school.

Last but definitely not least, we’re looking forward to celebrating the 2013 BCM graduation next week! Graduation is Tuesday, May 21 at 7 p.m. See the rest of the details on graduation and don’t miss our Throwback Thursday snapshot of graduations from the past.
