One of the most notable things about the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is the different kinds of foods, especially the fried delicacies. Maurice Puyau, a senior exercise physiologist with the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, helps us break down the calories and the amount of exercise needed to work off from some rodeo favorites.
