Experiencing new senses?
Can we create new ways for human beings to experience different senses? Dr. David Eagleman, assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine, thinks so.
During his March 18 TED talk, “Can We Create New Senses for Humans?” he presents his latest project, a sensory vest for the hearing impaired. This project was created in collaboration with a group of engineering students at Rice University.
