By The Numbers: The impact of HIV on Houston’s youths
World AIDS day was yesterday. In America, more than 1.1 million people are living with HIV and almost 1/5th are unaware, according to statistics from aids.gov.
AIDS and HIV are global problems and their reach is felt here in Houston. With that in mind, the Baylor College of Medicine Teen Health Clinic offers information and screenings for the disease at their locations.
