This blog is a great idea, but since you guys seem to want to focus on experiences as a med student you may want to change the name of the blog to “medical students” so that the readers know upfront of what they’re going to see. I came here also looking for contributions from graduate students and didn’t see any. Thank you.
Peera this is a great point that you bring up. The name “Progress Notes” came from the idea that writing progress notes is a key part of medical students’ clinical education.
That being said, with time we do plan to expand this blog to other students at Baylor College of Medicine, including graduate students, PA, NA students, etc. If you know of any graduate students that want to contribute, please let us know! We would love to have these contributions.
