Healthy Habits: Feibi Zheng starts her day with stretching

It can sometimes be difficult to find ways to stay healthy, so we’ve asked members of our Baylor College of Medicine community to share what they do in their daily lives to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Feibi Zheng, assistant professor in the Division of Surgical Oncology, shares some of her healthy habits with us.

Answer: I like to do a few quick stretches in the morning.

A: I don’t eat breakfast most days.

A: Walking.

A: Fruits: blueberries, all types of melons, pineapple.

A: Grapes, grilled cheese.

Q: What is your nighttime skin regimen?
A: Vitamin C, retinol, moisturizer.

A: Board games and gardening.

A: Local Foods
