Students recently learned that beloved professor Dr. Frank Kretzer would not be returning to teach next year because of health reasons. Many students have chosen to honor him with words. Read more about what Dr. Kretzer has meant to his students.
Frank Kretzer.
A man who neither fears death nor regrets his life.
He embraced every flower in the crannied wall, always seeking to pluck them all.
He took care of everyone around him, illuminating us to his favorite hymn.
He had us all in his hand, little flowers roots and all, looking to make us our most positively elegant, when our duty calls.
One day we might understand what is Man and what is God, but today this one man has me awed,
