How to serve food safely this holiday season

Due to COVID-19, many of us will be having a “Zoomsgiving” rather than a traditional holiday celebration with friends and family. If you do plan to host an in-person meal this year, it’s important to do so safely.

Isabel Valdez, physician assistant and assistant professor of general internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, shares this advice to help minimize your risk of spreading or contracting COVID-19:
