Try these DIY vinaigrettes

Want to add a low-calorie dressing to your next salad? Check out these homemade vinaigrettes from the Culinary Health Education for Families (CHEF) program at the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.

The first recipe, a two-ingredient vinaigrette, includes lemon juice and oil. The second recipe is an Italian-style vinaigrette with lemon juice, oil, garlic and chopped parsley.

The CHEF program offers classes to families and children that focus on simple cooking skills and nutrition education.
