Throwback Thursday: The Freshmen

Earlier this week we saw Dr. Paul Klotman, President, CEO and Executive Dean at Baylor College of Medicine, greet our newest freshmen class of medical students.

And 104 years ago, the Baylor University Round Up yearbook, courtesy of the Baylor College of Medicine Archives, commemorated their freshmen class with some great pictures.

The professor of osteology (for non-doctors, that’s the study of the skeleton) looks dapper in a snappy hat, while the “two Jacks” pose smartly in their best suits. And the “fresh” students look ready to take on medical school – or appear as the cast of the next hit teen Netflix drama.

We’re sure our class of incoming freshmen look just as cool.
