Building Hope: Second Chances

Baylor College of Medicine doctors give new life to patients every day. Visitors of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo can see firsthand the impact made on the life of team roping cowboy Wesley Glover. A special display shows a collection of 35 cowboy hats representing each year that he has lived past expectation following a cystic fibrosis diagnosis. The pillars in front of the installation also tell the story of Heather Von St. James and Alexis Beery.
