Women should meet with their health care provider to discuss healthy habits, schedule screenings or exams and set healthy goals. And what are women encouraged to do for the rest of the week?

  • Get active.
  • Eat healthy.
  • Pay attention to mental health, including getting enough sleep and managing stress.
  • Avoid unhealthy behaviors such as smoking, texting while driving and not wearing a seatbelt or bicycle helmet.
